Jane Seymour shared that staying active and eating clean have been key parts of her lifestyle over the years.

Jane Seymour:
“I love to dance. Mostly I do Pilates and try to get some cardio in. We grow organic food at home and eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Almost no red meat.”

Former Boston Red Sox Hall of Famer Fred Lynn talked about how fitness and nutrition have evolved since his professional baseball days.

Fred Lynn:
“I’m in better shape now than when I was 23 years old. I focus on high protein, fruits and vegetables, smaller meals throughout the day, and cardio at least five times a week.”

The Bella Twins discussed how athleticism, yoga, and consistency help them stay strong and healthy while traveling and performing around the world.

The Bella Twins:
“We’re addicted to yoga. We also make sure we get our cardio in every day, whether it’s walking, running, or working out in the gym.”

The Bella Twins:
“Consistency is everything. Even on busy days, we always make time for movement and fitness.”
